Founder, Serenity Resource Connector - Registration & Compliance Advisor​

 

Winsome Sherrier Witter, JP, is the Founder of Serenity Resource Connector, a nationally recognized platform helping Jamaicans navigate systems and engage confidently with institutions such as the Companies Office of Jamaica and Tax Administration Jamaica.​

 

With over ten years in the banking sector and a decade in the cable television industry, including nine years as President of the Jamaica Association of Community Cable Operators (JACCO), she brings both corporate insight and hands-on practical experience to her work. She has served in local governance and community development for more than a decade, and currently serves as President of the May Pen Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​​

 

Her impact has been nationally recognized with the Governor-General's Achievement Award for Clarendon.​

Digital Storytelling & Live Forums (2021–present)

"Through live forums and curated content, I highlight the everyday work of government agencies and grassroots groups, making their services more accessible and relatable to the public. Each forum is designed to spark awareness, encourage participation, and build trust between citizens and service providers."

 

Forums ran in ongoing partnership with these agencies through December 2025 and have continued since on a needs basis.
